Hello, Endure

Endure is the category that exists because two years is a long time. Build programs fail less often from bad ideas than from people running themselves into the ground six months in. So this is where I track the unglamorous stuff: sleep, lifting, running, food, attention, the things that quietly determine whether I’m still doing this in month twenty.
The frame is honest, not aspirational. I’m not trying to optimize anything to a fourth decimal place. I want to know what’s actually sustainable for someone with a normal life, normal job pressures, and normal motivation that ebbs and flows. Most days the answer is “do the basics, don’t skip them.”
Posts here will look like data and short reflections more than essays. If something I’ve been doing for three months stops working, I’d rather notice early and change it than defend a streak.
